Question: our above ground pool has bubbles along the side.pool company says they have never heard of this.

Answer: I am having a problem with the liner "floating" as ground water is pushing against the liner. My pool installer is not helping or taking any responsibility. I am being told I will need to tear up a portion and put in a drain or sump pump. The pool was just put in last fall. What options do I have any what if any responsibility should I expect from the contractor

Answer: my filter has no pressure and I tried opening the cover to remove the air in it, but it still has no pressure. How can I fix it?

Answer: I can't seem to get the chlorine back to its normal level, it's too high. I shocked it, but nothing. The ph & alkalinity are low. Any suggestions out there from someone?
