Renewing Old Concrete

Question: IMy concrete driveway is 14 years old and looks terrible. No cracks just years of stains and dirt buildup. Can anything be done to get it close to its initial look? I have tried power washing, but it did not help much. Steam cleaningIf not, could it dyed or painted, then sealed?
