Stains On A Pool Liner

Question: The water in our town is horrible. The iron in the water (at least I think it's the iron) has left a stain. Instead of a bright blue liner it looks dull. There are places where the original color remains and the difference is incredible. Anything on the market that can be used to clean it without having to drain the entire pool?
