Answer: Under ground water is too high may cause that. This happens after heavy rain. When it happens, you can see underground water push liner off the wall, then the liner failed to go back to original place. Need lots of pulling to get rid of wrinkles. Or after liner is off after rain, use heavy stuff press back to position while the water fading away. its tough.

Answer: I have a similar problem and have investigated - seems it could be water inbalance that can cause this. Search the internet to see whaich inbalances can cause wrinkles. What I'm trying to find out is, if I fix the water problem do the wrinkles go away gradually or is this permanent?

Answer: We have the same problem. We have a 2 year old inground pool. We called the company that installed it and they said it was a result of improper PH levels. I have never heard of this before and was never warned that this could happen. No solution was provided on how to fix it so I would also like to hear suggestions.
