Pioneer Sd-582Hd5 Rear Projection Problem

Question: My big screen tv won't come on. Turned it off and a minute later tried turning it on with remote and nothing happened. Went to TV and turned power button off, then on, and the green light came on for a second (indicating TV was on), but then a "click" and it went to "stand-by" mode (red light). It must be getting power because the red light shows it in stand-by mode. Could it just be an internal fuse?
