Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath Rainbow Faucet

Question: How do I remove the faucet? I've unscrewed everything and it still does not come loose. Is there a hidden screw or nut to remove?

Answer: I had a problem with a leaky faucet. I must have called 3 plumbers, but none were able to help. I went to Jacuzzi web site, and got their customer service phone number. After speaking with them and explaining the problem. I was able to remove the knobs, but unable to remove the stem. Customer service explained that there was a special tool for the removal of the stem. They sent it to me for free; however, if you need to order parts they will refer you to someone in Florida for the parts. I hope this helps.
