Clogged Interior-Wll Dryer Vent

Question: The dryer vent in my laundry room is in a wall venting up to the attic and through the roof. It has two--maybe three elbows from one end to the other. The excessisve moisture in the laundry room and a closet behind the room alerted me to the clog. Who would I call to unclog the vent, or is there a method to go about doing this that would be fairly easy?
