Ge Spectra Xl44 Oven Does Not Maintain Temperature

Question: Our GE Spectra XL44 oven does not maintain its temperature. I used an external temperature device to monitor the temperature. If I set the temperature to 350 degrees, the over will get to 350 degrees and the preheated light will come on. The external temperature device indicates 350 degrees. Then the temperature will start to fall off and oven would not come back on. If I turned the oven off for a few seconds and then turn it back on and set it back to 350 degrees, the oven will reach 350 and then start fall off again.
