Kenmore Fridge With Nothing Going On..No Lights, Fan, Motor,

Question: Suddenly our Kenmore Side by Side fridge just quit. There is no sign of life, the interior lights are out, no faan or motors are humming, Its not cooling. Whats up? I have already checked the plug & outlet as well as the circuit breaker. Thanks!
