Replacement For Gaffers & Sattlers Counter Top Burner Insert

Question: I don't know what this part is called in the trade, but it is an insert for a counter top. It is 18" X 36", and contains four gas burners. The main problem is that the two pilot lights burn unevenly. It could probably be fixed, but I think it would be easier to simply buy a complete new insert assembly. In other words, the entire package, burners, fold down top, etc. Where can I find such a product?
