Non-Standard Patio Door Size

Question: I need to replace my patio door (house about 25 yrs old) and the frame of the current door is 74 1/4 in wide. All the doors I see shopping around are just under 72 in. Should A)Continue searching, B) Fill in 2 1/2 of the opening (and deal with the drywall and siding issues), or C)??? - Thanks.
