Rotunda problem

Question: I have a rotunda in the front yard. My gardeners replanted a healthy sago palm (from the backyard) into the rotunda. Its leaves are now drooping and turning brown. Is there anything I can do to save it? Or should I remove it and put plants or flowers? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
