Cloudy Water

Question: I was topping up my pool today. I ran the water 4 times approx 15-20 minutes at a time and left about an hour or two between top ups. Noticed that our water is now cloudy. Does this mean our water is low in our well and we need for it to fill up before it will clear or do we need to get water put in our well?
