How To Get Air Out Of Water Lines? Water Pressure Is Lousy.

Question: We replaced our main water lines going into our homes from the meter to the main water line to the house. Our problem is now we have air in the lines and not sure how we can get it out. We have let our water run but still not any better. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks
