Mysteries Toilet Leak

Question: We have a toilet that leaks occasionally. A couple of times the water was green or blue. No we did not have one of those drop in toilet cleaners. Other times the leaking fluid is clear or yellow. The water seems to always be at the base. We have replaced the wax ring twice. Sometimes there is a urine smell. We have tighten the bolts. In the winter the tanl has condensation. Plaese help
