Size Of Replacement Well Tank?

Question: Ok, I have a Clayton Mark pre-charged water system tank with a broken bladder. 1004039/Model number CM-52. I have no clue what size this is, or what size I will need to replace it. I have a three bedroom home with one bath (although I will soon be adding on another bathroom). Can you please tell me what size (gals) I should have so I can figure out my next step?
