Toilet Backing Up Into Tub And Bathroom Sink.

Question: Toilet in 1st bathroom when I used the plunger backed up into both the tub and sink. There are also suds from the washer in the 2nd tub and it gurgles when the toilet is flushed. Major problems, huh?????? PLEASE HELP!!!
