Above Ground Concrete Block Pool..

Question: i have an engineer spec an above ground concrete block 10 by 20 ft pool. poured and with rebar,,, how do i finish off the inside? to make it waterproof... and a smooth finish ..do i have to use gunite.. or can i just plaster and paint it...

Answer: My research says a vinyl liner, but I think you could plaster it just like any other concrete pool too. Please share your design with me--particularly, what kind of blocks and how is the rebar positioned? I am planning a similar project. dzwerg@bellsouth.net
