Above Ground Pool Re-Do

Question: We recently moved into a home on an acre of land. The home has a Doughboy, above ground pool - 4 feet by 24 foot diameter, with a 6 foot drop in the middle. The pool is 10 years old, and is a mess!! I would like to drain the water, get rid of the 6 foot drop in the middle, place a walking deck around the pool, and a hot tub somewhere near it. I would also like to re-do the little platform deck that is currently attached to it (it is about 5 feet by 4 feet). The pool is located approximately 15 feet from a barn that has been converted to a garage. Can anyone help me?
