High Cynauric Acid Level

Question: My pool constanly has a high cynauric acid level reading but my chlorine levels are normal, but the combined chlorine level is slightly high but staying balanced. I drained half the pools water and refilled and rechecked and the cynauric acid level was at 89 ppm - 2 weeks later the cynauric acid level is off the charts again- only chemical used was dichlor - ph and akaline in range
