Polaris Stalling On Steps

Question: I have a handicap access pool, with walk in steps. The polaris usually goes up to the second step and continues on. But now it stalls (sometimes) when it reaches the steps. The wheels keep moving, but the polaris doesn't move. Any suggestion about how to solve this problem?
