Stained Liner

Question: we have treated the water 3 times to get the stain out. 2 times for about 150.00$ . the last time we drained the pool 1/2 way 2 times then treated again. same as the rest 2 to 3 days after we add chlorine the liner turns rusty brown. water has been tested every time and no one knows why. I NEED HELP

Answer: had hole in liner 1/4 inch with piece of iron . patched hole and treated water 2 times now clear pool and clean liner
