Wrinkle In Liner

Question: Due to the rain from Ike we got quite a bit of water behind the liner of our in-ground pool which resulted in "floating liner." Now the water has evaporated quickly and we have quite a few wrinkles -- any way to fix these wrinkles either when closing or opening the pool?
