Question: Hi, I'm trying to get a rough estimate of cost for a 250 sq. foot addition in Northern NJ. Project entails tear-down of existing outer wall and adding addition with entryway; pouring slab, electical; flooring. I understand cost can vary, I just want an average /sq foot.
