Furnace Blower Fan Not Kicking In- No Heat

Question: Blower not working- no heat. Programmed theromstat works; I changed manual override and that didn't start blower. Pilot light is OK. Replaced batteries on thermostat a week ago. Don't know what to check next.

Answer: burners come on but flame is very small flame is blue
