Garage Conversion, How Much?

Question: We are buying a house with a one-car garage and we want to convert it to a fourth bedroom. There are phone jacks and electrical outlets already instalkled. All we need to do is lay down some carpet, insulate the walls, replace the garage door and add heating/cooling. How much are we going to spend?

Additional items needed are: electrical outlets, insulate floor and walls, replace garage door and add heating/cooling. Please provide quote for the info listed. Also separate quote for demo of existing wall to connect to coverted garage space. Thanks.
