Magic Chef 2 Burners Won'T Light And Oven Will Not Either

Question: 10 yr old Magic Chef. Electronic iginition. Sealed burners. clicking when turned on but never lights up. checked wires. Oven won't light either. glow plug gets red hot. End up smelling gas. I see the "glow plug" glowing but never get a flame. Any ideas?
