Flashing For A Curved Metal Foof

Question: I am building a trailer that will have a 2 level roof line [ think of a train caboose ] I would like to use standard metal roofing panels. How would I flash the curved metal panel to the vertical wall that leeds up to the second level of roof. I plan to side that wall with plywood and then T&G siding.`
