Leak On Roof

Question: I have a leak in my roof . I have a water spot that penetrated the roof ( 1st spot ) and also water spot where the roof meets the wall ( 2nd spot ) . The home is only 8 years old and the shingles all look good . The water spots are inline and about 8 ft down the roof slope from the vent pipe . The vent pipe is a white plastic pipe with a black wider base . Could this be where the water is getting in at ? And if so how much should it cost to have this fixed ?
