Pressure Switch Stuck Open On Miller Furnace

Name: RODNEY  City:

Question: THE TROUBLE LIGHT BLINKS TWICE INDICATING THE PRESSURE SWITCH IS STUCK OPEN ON MY GAS MILLER FURNACE. I HAVE CHECKED THE SWITCH AND IT APPEARS TO BE WORKING PROPERLY. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT WOULD CAUSE A FALSE READING?

Answer: Yes, The drain hose from your furnace is plugged. My furnace is 11 months old and stopped working & I was getting the same code. All you need to do is blow into the hose & check if it is plugged, if air does not go into freely, Blow really hard or suck on the hose, that should do it. Also check the vent pipe outside & make sure that is not plugged also. This saved me over $200.00. good luck to you
