Replacing Hail Damaged Metal Roof Panels

Question: My 4 year old metal roof was hail damaged. The dents are very small and widespread, but the insurance company totaled to roof...but I hate to waste all that money on a complete new roof. Is it possible to replace only the damaged panels? It appears that all I would have to do is to remove the exposed panel screws and lift out the dented panels and replace with new panels. Is this correct or am I crazy? I have metal panels with raised ridges, approximately 18' by 30 inches.
