Answer: I recently had a bout with dish net. without getting really wordy, they run a business without much integrity. they misrepresented (re cancellation fee) and told me one thing but did another (twice). I removed the equipment & cant wait for the box to get it out of my home. Never in 3 years had a single problem with DirectTV.
