Question: How many people are disatisfied with Digital Dish Network operating out of Millersburg , Ohio. After one time service I am ready for Direct TV

Answer: Digital Dish is a company reselling the services of Dish Network. If you are having issues with your dish system, and you are getting no satisfaction with your HSP, Home Service Provider, then you could contact the Dish Network Customer service people and tell them so, and also arrange for a provider NOT associated with digital dish to inspect and correct your system.
Home service providers are all over the map, and some are good, and some are not good. In any event they're only as good as the technician that comes to your place. I know some of the installers that work for Digital Dish, and some of them are very good... (they better be, I trained them), and some are people I wouldn't let through my front door, let alone install something that has more than a plug on it.
I would suggest calling Dish Network up and venting... and if that doesn't work, then I suggest you consider filing a complaint with the BBB about Digital Dish First, and then the Dish Network, to perhaps "shun" htem into fixing your problems. Dish, or Direct, you'll have issues, and if you address them well, they'll be resolved. Both services offer great options for your viewing pleasure, but if you have issues, they could range from a poor installation, all the way to a faulty receiver, bad ends, or even just poor quality cable. A good technician would know. Sounds to me like you haven't had a good one out there, yet.

Answer: Dish network quoted me one price over the phone and after the installation was complete increased the quoted price by $15 per month. It doesn't sound like much until you figure the thousands of people they may be doing this to.

Answer: Kim - These people are absolutely horrible. It took them 20 minutes to answer the customer service line (if you hit #7 in their voice prompts the sales group will pick up in less than 30 seconds). I found these people to be argumentative, unprofessional, and generally not helpful. I was a direct tv client for over 3 years - the dish service itself seems to be fine, however Digital Dish Network is not a company I would reccomend to anyone.
