Question: can I take a receiver from one home to another or my motor home?

Answer: You can, however, you may have to notify your provider. They won't have a cow, and shouldn't have you do another account, as long as the primary location for the receiver is the original address for the service. I take a receiver with me to my camp site on the river all the time.... no big deal.
