Weired Problem For Dish

Question: I have a super dish on top of my roof, it tracks 3 satellites. Recently, one of the satellite signal has a weird problem, it doesn't recieve the signal of sat 121, but only during the day from about 11 am to 6:30 pm, it works fine outside that zone. I tried to spray water to cool it down during the day, didn't seem to help. Any ideas?
