Can This Aluminum Siding Be Repaired?

Question: When the siding was installed, it was stopped at an electric meter attached to the house. This meter is no longer in use and we can remove it. The inside works have already been removed. We will have a section where the old woos will be showing several inches wide and several feet tall. What is the best way to cover this area?
