Damaged Siding

Question: the previous owners had vinyl siding installed but around the front door is siding that seems to be alumininum but is textured. I found this out when i removed a long vertical piece that the doorbell was on it is pretty beat up ... it is shaped like an L where can i find a matching piece? the house is vinyl but this seems to be textured thin aluminum.

Answer: That sounds like "aluminum trim coil", bent to that shape on a BRAKE. A siding installer can replace this.
