Wd-40 And Vinyl Siding

Question: I stupidly sprayed WD-40 all over my vinyl siding.. There are big and small spots everywhere. Please don't ask how. What is the best way to clean the siding? Soap and Water? with a heavy duty brush? with a power washer? should I use simple green degreaser? soft scrub? I tried sponge and mild soap it didn't come out at all.
