Question: What is the average costs of adding a dormer or adding a bathroom to the upper floor of a two story structre?

Answer: Way too many variables! Is the dormer, one window? Can the structure handle the addition? Do you want a bath with a cheapo toilet, sink? Do you want a fullbath? As you can see, there are many options to go with. I would suggest you speak with friends and see if anyone had work done and who they used then call them for a bid. Good luck!
