Type Of Caulking

Question: I need to caulk my windows outside and inside. What is the best type oof caulking to use. I may have to paint over also. I live in Florid and get lots of mold around windows. Thankyou

Answer: You need a siliconized latex caulk....Avoid 100% silicone...The reasons you want siliconized latex is that siliconized latex will accept paint and will still provide some flexibility.
