Window And Siding Replacement

Question: I got a quote for replacing 4 bay windows and 6 regular windows, new gutters, new soffets and vinyl siding for 1000 sq feet. The price was $15,961. Is this price to high? It is not builder grade materials, it is premium materials as well as the vinyl has premade insulation backing. What do you think?
