Arcfhing A Doorway On A Load Bearing Wall

Question: My fiancee and i just bought a house. In between our kitchen and dining room is a loadbearing wall with a small doorway. We would like to knock down the wall and arch the doorway? I need some advice on how to do this on a load bearing wall and how exatly do you arch the doorway? Thanks for your help.
