Finding A Reputable Masonry

Question: Have 125 feet. 65 feet needs new block wall/caps; remaining has existing block wall built in 1951. 25 ft of this is leaning towards my driveway-by 2-3 inches, 2 feet is broken and needs to be rebuilt- Finding a Reputable Masonry that does NOT want to tear it all down is hard - been interviewing for 1 yr now - found 1 sub-contractor. How do you get neighbor convinced to take out the termite infested fence he built on my side of propertyline and 3 trees to build Block Wall?
