Lines From Rolling Paint?

Question: We keep having blotchy marks on the wall surface after rolling latex acrylic velvet paint (second coat). How do you recommend we solve the problem?

Answer: I am assuming that the velvet is a red pigment, therefore it is one of the hardest colors to paint. You will have to give the walls many coats maybe 4 to 5 of them before the wall evens out. I know for I just did it myself. After the 5th coat it is beautiful. Good luck.
