Outside Wall

Question: My garage frame is seperating from my outsie garage wall. At the bottom there is only about an 1/8th in gap but at the top of the door, it is almost 2 inches. Both the outside wall and the garage door frame are in square. Gap is geting worse over time. garage apron is still flush with driveway, so I dont think the foundation is dropping. Anyone have any ideas. If you can help and need some photos I can email them to you for evaluation.. Thanks
