Question: Wall Paper and Borders I am planning to paper a wall using a solid vinyl pre-pasted product 42” from the floor and then top the edge of the paper around the room with a border to finish the top edge. Can I put the border over top of the wall paper or should I try to apply the border directly to the wall surface and butt the border to the edge of wall paper? Should I overlap the border over the wall paper – if so, how much? TIA!
