Exterior Services: Pressure washing (house and driveway) Caulk all cracked joints and seems Scrape and remove all loose caulk and debris Sand all rough or dirty areas Prime all windowsills regardless of condition Prime all bare wood and metal Repaint all surface areas with specified application (spray, brush, or roll) Reglaze all needed areas on the windows Refasten all loose boards or nails Sweep all walks and drives when finished Replace or repair all areas of rotten wood Interior Services: Caulk all holes and cracks Fill and spackle all minor sheet rock imperfections as needed Scrape, sand and prime all areas that are chipping and/or peeling Fully smooth walls in need of skim coating Patch, repair resurface walls, trim Cover all furniture and floors Full paint application (brushing, rolling, and/or spraying) Paint (ceilings, walls, and trim) Remove textured ceilings/refinish smooth at customer\'s request.
