Horrible Contractor.. Contracted John French to lay about 465 sq ft of Concrete one July. He took 1/2 of the money, framed in the area and never returned. I have all receipts, cancelled checks, and SIGNED contracts. He began ignoring phone calls / emails and any other attempt to contact him. I had to contract a different contractor in November. He refuses any reasonable offer for the shotty 2 hrs of framework and refuses to return any money to me.
