Our Process . . . We provide detailed quotes on all of our work, and are happy to work within your budget & time-frames. We do not mark-up materials on our bids like most others – you pay what we pay – we don’t even add a delivery fee. Our owner has worked in remodeling since he was a teenager who apprenticed under a family business for many years before taking this knowledge, work ethic, and a family tradition of impeccable quality to start his own company in ’88. We have 3 employees that work highly efficiently as everyone knows their particular responsibilities as we have worked together for years. When we accept a job, we work on the project until it is complete, not taking time off of it to take other projects. This assures you that your job is our priority, all the time, and things will be done in a reasonable time frame so you can begin enjoying your remodeled space. Because of this process you receive one on one attention directly from the owner, to contact with any changes, questions, or concerns you may have. We stand behind all of our work with a one year warrantee on labor and any materials impacted by labor in addition to various manufacturer warrantees. We are highly experienced and know what options to present you with that will achieve the results you desire while using the modern material options that will do this in the most cost effective fashion. Each of us knows our job and does it right, and this efficiency allows us to do your projects at a very competitive price. We are not always the lowest price (sometimes a bid from an uninsured “contractor” will be lower – in those cases you usually get what you pay for), but we will ALWAYS remember you must receive value for your hard-earned dollar so we will give you the best. Being a design-build contractor, T & E Construction offers full design capabilities to help you make your concept a reality. Based on experience, we can offer suggestions you may not have considered, tell you about materials you may not know about, and help you avoid costly mistakes. This process provides you with one source of responsibility for your entire remodel and no chance for costly miscommunication. This also provides you a design that is not only beautiful but practical and efficient to build while still incorporating your desires in regards to usage and aesthetics of your new space. We provide services like initial design & blueprint development, computerized rendering of your completed project before it has began, and a showroom tour of available materials.
