Till installed a torch-down roof on our home in Irvine lats year. The roofers they employed caught our home on fire. The very first rain after installation the roof leaked in three places. It rained again and it leaked in two places. The gutter leaks where they joined them. And, we have a new leak in a new location now (1-19-10) less than one year from the installation on their NEW ROOF.
